My son found himself in urgent need of a replacement car whilst away from home. Ludlow Motors was our fist port of call, the car that appealed to him had just arrived and was unprepared. Thank you to John (Sales) and the he team who turned it around so quickly. He enjoyed the drive back to Somerset yesterday and is very impressed with the car.

I enquired about warranty work on my car and from the first phonecall I received a first class service. The car was promptly booked in, I took it today and the work was carried out efficiently. First posted in 2019. Took my Ford there for a full service. When I made the appointment i asked if new spark plugs were included as they aren't changed on a minor service. I was assured that they were. When I went to collect my car they hadn't changed the plugs. Also, don't fill the windscreen washer bottle before taking it for a service. I filled mine but they still charge for this even when they don't do it. It would be better if they gave a small bottle of screen wash to the customer. At £90/hour for labour they are quite expensive (£68 last year). 2 stars because the people on the front desk are polite and helpful, otherwise it would have been 1 star. UPDATE 29/04/19 The service manager (dave) rang to apologise for not changing the spark plugs. They are sending a voucher so I can MOT my car free next year. Update 11/06/2021 Managed to MOT my car at short notice after I got mixed up with the date when it was due. Thank you

Nice team to your face but unscrupulous money-grabbers. They saw my elderly relative coming, offered her every extra in the book to up their commission. They even offered more extras on collection of the vehicle. The cheek of these people is disgraceful and their morals are highly questionable. They ripped her off in every conceivable way, I'm disappointed that dealers like this still exist. 2 stars instead of 1 because behaviour like this might for par for the course with dealers nowadays, I'm just disappointed that money now seems to come above good grace and integrity.

After a slight problem with my van after servicing Ludlow Motors rang me up two days later and sorted it out. also giving me a half price service voucher for my next service. very good communication from the service manager. highly recommend. thanks Ludlow Motors
